You and your marketing team always has final say. Greater Wave will collect information regarding your goals, target markets, and budget, and then make suggestions/proposals based on that. However, you'll have full control over which creators and/or outlets you work with, what types of promotions are delivered, etc.

Who designs the promotional content? Who decides on the creative and copy used?

Greater Wave leads the charge, but this is typically a collaborative effort. Crafting promotional content that feels authentic and familiar to an audience while still ensuring everything is aligned with both your brand's guidelines and the creator's and/or outlet's content parameters can be tricky. But this is a challenge we’ve mastered here at Greater Wave.

While your team always has final approval over all deliverables, Greater Wave will lead the creative and copy drafting process, alleviating tedious work from your team and building a strong foundation for effective campaigns.

Can you provide performance data or examples from past clients/services?

Yes and no. While we can’t provide every specific performance metric from past campaigns due to privacy agreements with our clients and the creators/outlets, we can share some general information, visual examples of past promotional content, and insights that are publicly available (such as likes/shares on a promotional post).

Although we can't always get into the nitty-gritty of the data, Greater Wave will provide examples and guidance around the content styles we’ve used, creative strategies that performed well, and our top-performing creators/outlets for your goals.

Although we cannot promise specific performance metrics or results, we guarantee the accurate and timely execution of all partnerships and deliverables. Our business partners will never be required to pay for services that are not delivered as agreed to prior.

How does payment for services work?

We make it simple for your team. We'll provide a W9 so your team can integrate Greater Wave into your accounts payable system. For first-time partners, we may require a deposit prior to the delivery of any marketing materials. However, once the relationship is validated, we invoice your business directly for the various services provided after they are executed to the agreed-upon expectations. We're happy to work with your business's unique payment needs and timelines, so please just reach out if there are any other specific questions regarding this.
